Consultation: Includes four visits – $350

Follow-Up Visits: 2 visits – $130; 5 visits – $300; 10 visits – $550; 20 visits – $1,000; Unlimited – $2,000 (Packages are good for one year.)

 

Each meeting focuses on a specific topic and includes a gentle Yoga practice with Pranayama and Meditation, an educational presentation, group discussion and a small Ayurvedic meal. $25

 

Treatments are tailored to meet your individual imbalances. Therefore, it is best to receive a Consulation or a recommendation from an Ayurvedic Practitioner prior to scheduling.

Abhyanga: Full body, herbal oil massage — $125

Shirodhara: Gentle flow of warm therapeutic oil to the Ajna Chakra — $75

Svedana: Herbal steam or wrap – $50

Bliss Therapy:  Abhyyanga, Shirodhara, and Svedana — $175
