Hello! My name is Kali [kay*lee], and I have a passion for creating experiences where people can slow down and connect to their intuition, to the rhythms of the natural world and to community. In these mindful moments, we re-find our sense of purpose and well-being.
I am a certified Wellcoaches health and wellness coach, and I hold a master’s degree in holistic health studies. I am also a 230-hr certified yoga instructor, specializing in gentle yoga and mindfulness meditation. Rooted in community health and community education, my professional background led me to support my clients’ wellness journeys through fun and inspiring classes and programming.
Always a lover of nature, in 2010, I began my official study of plants and herbalism in graduate school and later completed, Lise Wolff’s 3 Seasons of Herbal Wisdom certification program in 2014. I began officially taking clients in 2014.
At the Compass Center for Healing, my offerings include:
As an herbalist, I am a matchmaker between people and plants. The plants help stimulate, urge and remind your body how to heal. Rather than focus on the disease or a symptom, we look at your whole self. We focus on healing the terrain, the inner and outer landscape of the person using herbal tinctures, infused oils and/or flower essences.
As an integrative health and wellness practitioner, I am dedicated to a life of learning and personal practice. Based on my training and own spiritual development, I share with you the latest wellness information and teachings in creative and insightful class and retreat experiences. If you attend a class or retreat with me, you can expect to laugh, reconnect, reflect and heal.
