 (pronounced as “tie-chee-chu” ) is an international form of moving mediation that has been taught to elementary aged children, prison inmates, senior citizens in nursing homes, developmentally disabled adults, groups with specific ailments at hospitals, clinics and corporate offices and communities all over the world. It is a short form of the ancient art of Tai Chi Chuan, only 19 movements and one pose.
